a TCOAAL style game following main characters jett and zayd. jett, who is 13 at the start of the game, is a wildly traumatized child who tends to seek solace in adults. zayd, the band teacher there, takes note of this and starts a... questionable relationship with him.

the guys

jett čierna

this fucking guy. where the hell do I even begin?? jett is a weird one, for sure. the kind of weird that gets spooked by mirrors and takes guns to his old middle school. the kind of weird that feels like something is constantly watching your every move to make sure you never repeat the same mistakes you made when you were 15. jett, whose exact origins are unknown, was born in april of 1998. he was raised in prešov, slovakia until 8 where he had moved to north america. throughout his rough childhood, he grew irritated by society and became a misanthrope and became apathetic. this nature still holds true (until his death, at least) to this day. while he generally considers himself a nihilist and unappealing man, the people around him tend to call him otherwise. unless they know what he's done. usually, people are oblivious to that, though. he likes things that way as he holds deep remorse for the things he's done. while he is completely aware remorse does next to nothing because of the things he's caused (and the lives he has taken), he still despises his past. he has taken better action to deal with himself and generally he has improved. a lot. in terms of morality, at least. he is still bitter, sarcastic, and condescending like he always has been. he never predicts that changing.

zayd izumi

not to be confused with takumi kurayami, hamasaki is a natural skeptic. he is a cynical man who has a keen eye for negative outcomes and the most vile things one can comprehend. he is typically really aggressive and brash. some would say he is unaware of this fact due to the fact that he is autistic, but it's quite the opposite. he is deliberately volatile and closes himself off to everyone around him. they put on this "cold" persona (ironically enough, his body temperature always runs hot.) that, for the most part, works like a charm. sometimes he slips up, but in the end he fixes it with his erratic and xanax-fueled excuses. his eye color is brown, but it's near impossible to tell since his eyes are pretty much always dilated due to his severe xanax addiction and his habits of taking LSD. oddly enough, xanax should make his pupils pinpoint. weird, huh? more often than not, he snorts his medication (mostly for the fuck of it, unlike malachi who snorts his medication because he is unable to swallow pills.) on his bathroom sink and then he's good to go. due to his severe addiction, the surgeons have to get (and renew every few years) a permit that allows them to import his medication in extremely high bulk. takumi's weapon is a reloadable harpoon gun.

kairo wren

sango's closest friend. he is on the bigger side as well as cove. he is also closed off, but not as much as sango (or maybe more? who knows!). he is better at communication and talking to others. however, he is defiant. an important note about oleander is his lack of romantic interest. many people have asked if he is in a relationship with sango, but he is not. his weapon is a totem spear.

zubin vertigo

malachi (pronounced MAH-LAH-CHII) is an overly apologetic man. more often than not, even if you are completely in the wrong, he will find himself apologizing profusely in the face of any light miscalculation he could have possibly made. he is a very ambitious and strong man, but still he finds himself putting his crewmates before him. he is selfless and compassionate, something found missing in his gunmaster, takumi. despite his ambitions, he tends to struggle with self-advocacy and self care. especially during severe depression episodes he has due to being bipolar. he is especially sensitive to being overwhelmed and stressed. he is very anxious. captain moray uses throwing knives.

tamara čierna

tyde is one of the two surgeons of the ship (or medics, if you're not familiar with sailor roles.) and she's definitely the more squeamish of the two. therefore, she tends to handle more of the medications and vaccinations. any logical or technical work? go to tyde. she's very approachable and outgoing so don't be afraid to ask her for things you need. unless she's talking to takumi... he's gonna put you though a little trouble, that's for sure..

rj rues

co-captain of the 'wadda, mili is a stern woman. she is very open about what she thinks, yet close minded. often misgendering sango and other members outside the gender binary, having to be corrected by captain moray. her weapon is a a throwing trident.

ceto myo-strand

ceto is an outgoing person with an eye for the good in this world. even when the good seems impossible, it manages to see the light in something. ceto is extremely loyal and compassionate, even for those like takumi. this is because ceto is a patient person, even if run very thin by others. it is very approachable and friendly, don't be afraid to say hi!
