jackal "fujimoto" azulay (09)

a god amongst men. literally. well, sort of.. jackal was a person, just like you or i, but 04 had sent 09 down to the living world to see how humans interact with one another. 04 had chosen jackal's body to be 09's vessel, a living man who had a family and held a proud 7 year sobriety streak from alcohol. yet, 09 drank the body he had to death. how pathtetic.

nameru tajima

a child at jackal's workplace who seems to be the only one that is taking notice of jackal's shift in personality. she is a transfer student from japan who nicknamed him "fujimoto" after fujimoto from ponyo. she gave his wife and kids nicknames too. coriander's stems from "melodic" or "powerful" because she thinks coriander is a powerful woman. orla's comes from tomoko from watamote, raven's name means "peach" (however, nameru named her after the UTAU), and oisín's name stems from jujutsu kaisen. what a total geek...

jackal's wife. she knows that isn't jackal, but she just can't prove it yet... (insert that one meme of the guy behind the steering wheel)

one of jackal's three kids! she is too young to know what's going on, all she knows is dad's actin' kinda weird. maybe it's stress, that's what mom says!

raven "momo" azulay

fuck, dad's relapsed again! god dammit, i don't wanna live this again! i can't even move out 'cause i'm disabled, i'm fucked!
